Account Connect Checklist
✔️CHECKLIST
Make sure you are logged into your Instagram account on your smartphone
Make sure that the email & phone numbers linked to your Instagram are correct
Enter the RIGHT PASSWORD and do not put a @ before your username
On your phone, there will be a pop up select THIS WAS ME "We noticed a new login from Netherlands"
If you did not receive a 6 digit code via SMS, wait 60 seconds then click RESEND
If you did not receive a 6 digit code via EMAIL, check your SPAM & SOCIAL tabs
Add Instagram Account
On the left hand of your dashboard, select the Instagram icon then click New Account.
Log Into Instagram App
Make sure you are logged into the Instagram app with the account you are trying to connect to.
Most of the time you when you connect your account, will see receive a pop-up on Instagram saying they recognized a new login.
If you get this, please make sure you click "THIS WAS ME"
Username & Password
Enter your username and password into the correct fields.
Platform & Verification
Please select the platform device you use, either IOS or Android.
Select where you want the 6-digit code sent, we recommend starting with email and then trying mobile if you do not get a code.
Leave the "Don't remove the previous Instagram session) unchecked.
Connect Account
Once you entered your credentials and selected the proper platform and verification, please select ADD ACCOUNT.
6 Digit Code
If you have 2FA on, Instagram will send a 6-digit code to your email or cell phone.
Make sure that the email and phone numbers linked to your Instagram account are up-to-date and accurate.
Check your SPAM and SOCIAL tabs, as sometimes the verification code can end up there (especially for Gmail users).
Successful Connection
Congrats! You have successfully connected your account. Head over to your Growth Tool to set up your targeting and settings. It's almost time to start growing your Instagram page!

✔️CAN'T CONNECT
Delete your accounts recent login activity. Check out this guide from Instagram
Change your Instagram password & reconnect your account, this resets the API
If you are still unable to connect, come back in a couple hours and try again
