I Can't Connect My Account & Didn't Receive A 6 Digit Code

Having trouble with Instagram's 6-digit code for two-factor authentication? Here's how to fix it while connecting your account.

We understand that sometimes things can get a bit frustrating when you're trying to get set up. Based on your accounts trust score, age, and how many software's you connected in the past all affect how easy it is to connect to your Growth Tool.

If you're having trouble receiving your activation code from Instagram or connecting your account, don't worry, we have a checklist that will help you out.

Please note, that f you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on via the Instagram app. sometimes you will need to confirm a login attempt on your smartphone and enter a 6-digit code

If you are having problems with 2FA turned on, you can also disable it for a seamless connection.

✔️CHECKLIST

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Instagram account on your smartphone

  2. Once you add your account, you might see a popup on the Instagram app saying "We noticed a new login" Select THIS WAS ME

  3. Make sure that the email and phone numbers linked to your Instagram account are up-to-date and accurate.

  4. Check your SPAM and SOCIAL tabs, as sometimes the verification code can end up there (especially for Gmail users).

  5. If you can't connect, refresh your browser. You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then try again.

  6. If you are still unable to connect, come back in 15-30 minutes and try again. We have a 100% success rate in connecting accounts.

  7. If you've tried the above steps, you can also turn off two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Instagram settings.
