Account Connect Checklist
Here's a quick checklist to go over before connecting your Instagram account to your Growth Tool.
if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on via the Instagram app. sometimes you will need to confirm a login attempt on your smartphone and enter a 6-digit code

Make sure you are logged into your Instagram account on your smartphone
Once you add your account, you might see a popup on the Instagram app saying "We noticed a new login" Select THIS WAS ME
Make sure that the email and phone numbers linked to your Instagram account are up-to-date and accurate.
Check your SPAM and SOCIAL tabs, as sometimes the verification code can end up there (especially for Gmail users).
If you can't connect, refresh your browser. You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then try again.
If you are still unable to connect, come back in 15-30 minutes and try again. We have a 100% success rate in connecting accounts.
If you've tried the above steps, you can also turn off two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Instagram settings.
