Welcome Direct Messages (DMs) are a powerful feature of our Lead Gen Plan, designed to engage new followers, build relationships, and drive conversions.
Here's a step-by-step guide to walk you through on setting up your automated Welcome DM and provide best practices for crafting a message that resonates with your audience.
Step 1: Click The Message Icon
Click on the envelope icon in the left side of your account.
Step 2: Select Your Account
After clicking on the envelope icon, you can choose what account would you want to activate for your Welcome DM.
Step 3: Set the Status to "Active".
Set your status to Active and the hit SAVE.
Step 4: Customize Your Settings
Daily DM Limit: 20 DMs per day
Adding Media: do not use this feature, it can cause problems
Scheduled Actions: If you want to send DMs during specific hours, simply set your desired time.
Save Your Settings: Don't forget to hit "Save" to apply your changes.
Step 5: Create Your Welcome DM's
We recommend to have at least 10 variety of messages to ensure account safety, and you won't be sending the same dm's 23x a day. Make sure you add every message and then hit save. Do this one by one and not in bulk.
Step 6: Activity Log
Click on Activity log to see who your sending your messages to.
