How To Cancel, Upgrade, & Downgrade Your Subscription

With your billing portal you have the option to cancel, upgrade, and downgrade your subscription whenever you want.

Whether you want to:

  • Level up ⬆️

  • Tone it down ⬇️

  • Or say goodbye for now 🥺

We've got you covered. All of these can be done in the billing portal and you'll be all set in no time!


Step 1: Get To Your Profile

Once you're logged into your account, click on the little arrow hanging out in the top-right corner of the screen then click on profile.


Step 2: Manage Payments

Now that you're in your profile, click the Manage Payments button.


Step 3: Billing Portal

After you've been redirected to your billing portal, click on the subscription you're currently on.


Cancel Your Subscription

If you're ready to cancel your subscription, click on Cancel Subscription.


Upgrade Or Downgrade?

1. Click Edit Subscription

If you are looking to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, click on Edit Subscription.


2. Click on Change

In the same box as your current subscription, click on Change.


3. Click Yellow Dropdown

From here, you can change your billing cycle or switch to a different package by clicking the yellow dropdown button.


4. Click Update

Once you've made your changes, click on Update. All the changes will now be applied to your subscription.


Step 4: Exit The Billing Portal

1. Go Back

Done with the changes? To go back, click on the arrow here about 3 times.


2. Click Exit

Click on Exit and you'll be redirected to your Growth Tool page!
