Targeting is the KEY to success with your Growth Tool. If you don't take the time to do proper targeting research and make sure you are maxing out your daily actions, you will not see good results.
You have the option to target users on Instagram based on the accounts they follow, the content they like, the hashtags they use, and the places they check into.
Recommended Settings
Test different usernames, hashtags, and settings to see what works the best. You can see what targeting is converting into followers and likes by clicking STATS on your Growth Tool.
⚙️Targeting Settings
25-50 Usernames - add them as People (followers) and People (likers)
10 Hashtags - add them as Hashtags and Hashtag (likers)
Explore, Explore (likers) - type in DEFAULT in search bar
Reels Feed (Likers) - type in REELS FEED in search bar
Places & Places - only for local businesses
💡Targeting Criteria
Usernames: 10k-200k followers (non-verified)
Hashtags: 25k-500k tags
Places: Niche specific w/a lot of posts
Targeting Filters
You have the option to target users on Instagram based on the accounts they follow, the content they like, the hashtags they use and the places they check into.

People (followers) - users who follow a specific page
People (likers) - users who like content from a specific page
#Hashtags - users who follow a specific hashtag
#Hashtags (likers) - users who like content with a specific hashtag
Places - users who check in to a location
Places (likers) - users who like a photo with a check-in location
Explore - our AI tool analyzes your explore pages for similar accounts
Explore (likers) - users who like content in your explore page
Reels Feed (likers) - users who like content in your Reels feed.
Adding Targets
There are two ways to add targets to your Growth Tool. You can use our search bar and add them one by one or bulk upload your targeting. It's easier to find your targeting through the training we provide, put them into a note pad then bulk upload it.
💡TIP #1
Make sure you select the proper targeting filter when uploading your targets. If you are putting in hashtags, make sure you select hashtags!

Make sure to click UPDATE SETTINGS after you have added new targeting.
Manually
With this option, you have the ability to add targets individually by entering them in the search bar. Ensure you select the proper filter if you add a username, hashtag, location, etc.
1. Select Target Filter
Make sure you selecting the right filter when uploaded your targeting. For example, if you are using USERNAMES, select People (followers) or People (likers).
2. Type In Target In Search
Use the search bar to type in the username, place, hashtag, reels, or explore.
3. Select Targeting Source
Once you find the targeting source, select it, then continue searching for other ones.
4. Update Settings
If you are adding new targets and your Growth Tool is already running, make sure to click update settings.
Bulk Upload
By selecting Target List you are able to bulk upload your targeting. Ensure you select the proper filter if you add a username, hashtag, location, etc.
Once you enter your targets, make sure you click INSERT. This can take a couple of minutes to complete, so please be patient.

Make sure you selecting the right filter when uploaded your targeting. For example, if you are using USERNAMES, select People (followers) or People (likers).
2. Click Target List
Select the TARGET LIST option in your targeting selection.
3. Paste Targeting
Take your targeting (usernames, hashtags, or explore) and insert them into the target list.
4. Click Insert
Click the INSERT button to begin uploading your targeting.
5. Target Processing
This does take some time to upload, so please be patient during this step. We have a tool that runs in the background to scrape username.
6. Upload Complete
Once your targeting is uploaded, it should look like this.
7. Update Settings
If you are adding new targets and your Growth Tool is already running, make sure to click update settings.
Save Targeting
You do not want to accidentally delete your targeting, so make sure you save it and put it into an Excel sheet, word doc, or notepad.

Step 3: Paste Targets Into Note Pad (ctrl P or right click paste)
Copy targets is if you have multiple accounts connected to your Growth Tool.

Paste your targeting into a notepad or excel sheet and save them.
Stats / Daily Actions
You should aim to view between 10,000-15,000 stories and like up 1,500 stories per day. You can find this in your Stats tab. If you are not reaching these daily actions, please add more targets.
In the example below, the client is liking 1,187 stories and viewing 3,360 stories. The client should add more targeting to make sure they are maxing out their daily actions to increase their results.
